Our attorneys have represented clients in Circuit & Chancery Court across the State, as well as the Tennessee Court of Appeals, Federal District Court, U.S. Tax Court, and State & Federal Administrative Agencies.

Our office is in the Germantown neighborhood, right in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee. We are less than two miles away from the Davidson County Courthouse, the Tennessee Supreme Court & Court of Appeals, and the new  Fred D. Thompson Federal Courthouse.

However, we go where our clients need us, and represent clients in State and Federal Court throughout Middle Tennessee.

Our first duty is to advise and represent our clients whenever they need us, but we also believe that attorneys need to be active in the local community.

Our attorneys serve on the board for a local affordable housing nonprofit, present at continuing legal education events, and perform pro bono legal work in the community, among other activities.
