Mediation

In addition to traditional divorce or custody proceedings, we can also assist clients with alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation or arbitration. These methods can often help to resolve divorce-related issues more efficiently and with less emotional turmoil.

One of our team members, Irene Haude, is a Tennessee Rule 31 Family Mediator, with extensive experience mediating between families. She also regularly represents clients in mediation, in addition to serving as a mediator.
